Christopher Cross (born Christopher Charles Geppert) is an American singer-songwriter and musician. He was born on May 3, 1951, in San Antonio, Texas.
Every Turn of the World is the fourth studio album by Christopher Cross, released in 1985. The album was produced by Michael Omartian, who also worked on Cross's previous album, Another Page.
The album features ten tracks, including the singles "Think of Laura" and "Charm the Snake." "Think of Laura" became a hit after it was used as a memorial song for a character on the soap opera General Hospital.
Every Turn of the World received mixed reviews from critics, but still managed to reach number 127 on the Billboard 200 chart.
Christopher Cross is best known for his self-titled debut album, which won five Grammy Awards in 1981, including Record and Song of the Year for "Sailing." He has released a total of 10 studio albums throughout his career and continues to tour and perform today.
